From the early days of bands like Julian Fist and Hierosonic to the more recent days of Defiant, Eternal Frequency and Evil Like our focus has always been the local / Pennsylvania artists. Bands from all over PA including the Scranton area (Behind The Grey, Absolution) to the State College region (Sylex, Hate Grenade) have been booked in our area numberous times. Some bands like Observe The 93rd and Kamikaze Kupcakes are bands we’ve booked 15 times or more. We’ve put well over 300 local Pennsylvania acts on stages in Central PA and gave them the oppurtunity to open for National acts, play to large crowds and also forge relationships w/ other bands whether it be local, regional or national.

SUPER BOB
We take pride in bringing in regional bands from out of state. Some touring bands, some who are doing on off shows to gainer exposure away from thier homebase. From the very first show we ever did we had out of state bands (the 2007 Doctors Office awards featured Gold Mind Sqaud, Skitzo Calypso, Fourth Element and more from out of state). Baltimore and Virginia have always been huge sources of amazing bands and we’ve been lucky enough to work w/ many of them. Bands like Super Bob, Tapered Mind and Rebel inc. caught on from thier first appearance and grew a crowd in this area. Most recently Mantra of Morta out of Indiana has that same feeling as of an “it” band.
When we began booking shows, having a national artist was not even something that was thought of. It was about a year and a half in that we had the oppurtunity to work w/ “The Dreaming” (featuring Christopher Hall of Stabbing Westward) and at this point we realized it was possible. Throughout the next year we were able to bring in bands like Flaw, The Dreaming, Future Leaders of The World and more. Since then we’ve brought in some Huge touring acts such as Stabbing Westwad, All That Remains, Powerman 5000, Crown The Empire, Soulfly, Yngwie Malmsteen, Halestorm and the list goes on.
STABBING WESTWARD
We’ve booked our fair share of Acoustic acts and Hip Hop / Rap acts as well. Something we’ve always tried to do is keep things fresh and bring in a variety of muscians. We’ve booked some big national Hip Hop acts like Blaze Ya Dead Homie, Boondox, Enkay 47 and Justina Valentine (From MTV’s Wild and Out).
We’ve began booking more tribute acts as part or our “reimagined: Shows of our Past” concert series. So far we’ve done the Ozzfest, Family Values and will be doing a knotfest tribute in the near future.

The 717 Music Awards were the Original Central PA Awards show and had acts such as From Ashes To New, Hierosonic, Julian Fist, The Drama Club and more perform.
