PHIL COLLINS - Phil has already been inducted as a member of the legendary band Genesis. Now he goes in as a solo artist making him a two-time Hall of Famer. He would have massive success as a member of Genesis and Solo w/ his solo songs like “In The Air Tonight”, “One More Night” and of course “Sussudio”.
IRON MAIDEN - One of Heavy metals most iconic acts. If you haven’t heard someone, say “how is so and so in but Iron Maiden Is not” then you have not had a discussion about the hall of fame. The band has been Eligible for over 20 years. They get in on the strength of their incredible live shows and extensive catalog of Heavy metal masterpieces.
OASIS - Liam Gallagher famously tweeted out “Fuck The Hall of Fame, its full of Bumbaclarts” back in 2024. He’s since had a change of heart and thanked everyone for voting. The band is one of the biggest British Rock bands in the history of music. “Wonderwall”, “Champagne Supernova” and “Don’t Look Back in Anger” are three of the most iconic songs ever written by any band.
BILLY IDOL - The Rebel finally got in. Billy Idol, the man behind so many classics like "White Wedding” “Cradle of Love”, “Mony Mony”, “Eyes Without a Face”, “Rebel Yell” and “Dancing With Myself” not to mention a whole career of others. If there’s a man who deserved to be in he is the guy. Not to mention he’s been in countless movies such as “The Doors” and “The Wedding Singer”.
WU TANG CLAN - One of the Most iconic and influential Hip hop groups of all time. RZA, GZA, Method Man, Ol Dirty Bastard, Ghostface Killah and the rest of the crew not only inspired a generation but also began their own solo careers post wu tang. “C.R.E.A.M (Cash Rules Everything around me)”, “Wu Tang aint Nuthing to F with” are quintessential hip hop anthems.
SADE - The Nigerian British Singer / song writer who gave us absolute classics like “No Ordinary Love” and “Smooth Operator” finally takes her rightful place in the hall of fame. Her debut album “Diamond Life” came out back in 1984 and she has been one of the most beautiful voices in music ever since.
NEW ORDER / JOY DIVISION - Joy Division, fronted by charismatic front man Ian Curtis was a force until his Suicide at only 23 years of age. He battled Epilepsy and would have Seizures on stage. After his death Peter Hook, Bernard Sumner and Stephen Morris would form New Order. Sumner would take over lead duties and the band would release iconic songs like “Blue Monday” and “Bizarre Love Triangle”.
LUTHER VANDROSS - One of the most soothing voices in R&B and Soul. With 8 Grammy’s, 4 Soul Train and 9 American Music Awards the man was an absolute Legend in this business. He has a Star on the Hollywood walk of fame, has already been inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame & Now over 21 years after his death he finally takes his place in the Rock N’ Roll Hall of fame.
